I played a lot for 25 years until I had rotator cuff surgery about 10 years ago. Now that I am retired, I would like to get back into the game. I reached a 4.5 level prior to surgery, but I'm obviously not there any longer. I hope I can get to a 4.0 with a few months of practice.
